These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website aayyaan.com and your engagement with the services of Aayyaan Group of Companies, registered in Kuwait (PACI: 21741692). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Use of Website

  • This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate business enquiries.

  • We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time without notice.

2. Services

  • All services provided by Aayyaan Group are subject to a separate written project contract or purchase order agreed between both parties.
  • Descriptions of services on this website are for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer.
  • We reserve the right to decline any project enquiry at our discretion.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KD) or US Dollars (USD) as specified in the quotation.
  • Quotations exclude government fees, permits, and any unforeseen site conditions unless explicitly included.
  • We are not bound by any price displayed or discussed until a formal written quotation is issued and accepted.

4. Project Contracts & Payment

  • All projects require a signed contract before work commences.
  • Standard payment terms are: 50% deposit upon contract signing and 50% balance upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payment may result in suspension of work. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
  • In the event of project cancellation after work has commenced, costs incurred up to the cancellation date are payable by the client.

5. Project Timelines

  • Project timelines stated in contracts are estimates based on information available at the time of quotation.
  • Delays caused by the client, third parties, permit processes, weather, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Aayyaan Group.
  • We will notify the client promptly of any anticipated delays and provide a revised schedule.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, dimensions, and site access.
  • The client must obtain all necessary permits and approvals unless agreed otherwise in the project contract.
  • The client must ensure the site is safe and accessible for our team during agreed working hours.

7. Warranties

  • Aayyaan Group warrants all workmanship against defects for the period specified in the project contract.
  • Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, third-party alterations, acts of God, or normal wear and tear.
  • Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the client as provided.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Aayyaan Group of Companies and may not be reproduced without written permission.
  • Project designs, drawings, and specifications prepared by Aayyaan Group remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Kuwait law, Aayyaan Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the contract value of that specific project.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page.
  • Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
