Yes. Aayyaan Group is a full-service contractor. We supply materials, fabricate in our own workshop, and handle complete installation on-site. You deal with one team from start to finish.

We serve all governorates across Kuwait — Kuwait City, Hawalli, Ahmadi, Jahra, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, and Farwaniya. For large projects, we can also accommodate requirements outside Kuwait on a case-by-case basis.

Aluminium windows are stronger, slimmer, and better suited for large commercial openings and modern architectural designs. UPVC windows offer superior thermal and sound insulation, making them ideal for villas and residential properties where energy efficiency matters. Both are available with double-glazing options.

Yes. Our UPVC systems use German-technology profiles specifically engineered for high-temperature climates. They are UV-stabilised to resist discolouration and warping, and maintain structural integrity even in Kuwait's extreme summer temperatures.

We design and build industrial warehouses, storage sheds, car parking sheds, agricultural shelters, commercial showrooms, and mezzanine floor structures. All structures are engineered to meet Kuwait Municipality building requirements.

Yes. Permanent steel structures require a building permit from Kuwait Municipality. Aayyaan Group can advise on the documentation required and guide you through the process. Temporary or relocatable structures may have different requirements.

Timelines depend on size and complexity. A standard industrial shed of 500–1,000 sqm typically takes 6–10 weeks from signed contract to completion, including fabrication and installation. We provide a detailed project schedule at the proposal stage.

A containerized office is a modular, fully equipped workspace built within a steel container frame. They include electrical fittings, air conditioning, insulation, windows, doors, and interior finishes. They are ideal for remote sites, construction site offices, security cabins, and temporary facilities.

Yes. We customise layout, size, insulation type, interior finishing, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) specifications to your requirements. Standard units and fully bespoke builds are both available.

For standard enquiries, we deliver a preliminary proposal within 3–5 working days of receiving complete project information. Complex or large-scale projects may require a site visit before a detailed proposal can be prepared.

Yes. All Aayyaan Group installations carry a workmanship warranty. Specific warranty periods vary by product category and are detailed in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the client.
